    Bryan began his career in mortgage lending in 2002 and currently serves as the National Director of Military & VA Lending for Caliber Home Loans, Inc. He manages all Caliber initiatives – internal and external – that support active duty, reserve, and veteran communities and families.

    Since Caliber launched their military and veteran support initiatives, Bryan’s team created programs that support these homebuyers, including a Caliber Military and Veteran Lending Professional designation. Designed to meet the evolving needs of our military homebuyers, Caliber Loan Consultants may opt to complete this education and to specialize in providing VA loan products.

    Bryan has also been an instructor for the National
    Association of REALTORs® (NAR’s) Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Designation course since its inception in 2013. He assisted with updating and refreshing this course,  teaching the MRP Designation relaunch during NAR’s 2017 Policy Conference and Expo in Washington, DC.

    Bryan’s military career began in 1995 after graduation from high school. He served on Active Duty until 1998, when he transferred to his current position in the Navy Reserves. Bryan recently completed a deployment to Afghanistan where he served as the Executive Officer for the Financial Controller’s Office NATO in Kabul, Afghanistan. Currently he serves as a Department Head for Commander Military Sealift Command (MSC), Logistics Support Unit (LOGSU) in
    Norfolk, Virginia.

    Bryan holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University in Schaumburg, Illinois.
